What moves a quote

Volume is the honest factor. A reconciled 8,000-line payment file is cheaper than eighteen unlabelled CSV dumps with mixed currencies. Claim scans that need re-typing are slower than folders with typed schedules. Georgian-to-English captions on every plate add a day, not a surcharge for “translation products.”

We ask for a thirty percent deposit to hold a start date. The remainder is due when the final letter or pack is issued, before the closing briefing if you want the briefing the same week. Bank transfer in GEL is the usual method. We do not take card payments on this site.

If you only need to know whether a file is even reportable, say so in the brief. Sometimes the honest first reply is that the statements are too gapped for a letter, and we will not quote a full report to discover that after you have paid.

Estimates assume you are entitled to share the records. If a parent company, a bank, or a joint venture partner must consent, wait until that consent exists. Rush fees are rare; we would rather name a later start than pretend a fifteen-day letter can be done in four.
