Case evidence pack
A counsel-facing bundle: exhibit list, source extract references, and captions that survive a handover to an advocate in Kutaisi or Tbilisi.
When an advocate already has a theory of the case and needs the numbers in a form that can be handed across a table, we bind an evidence pack. Each exhibit has a number, a caption, and a pointer back to the source extract (file name, sheet, row range). We do not argue the law.
This pack is slower than a pattern review because captions have to survive someone who was not in the room when the extract was pulled. Clients usually sit with us once to agree the exhibit list before we draw. Extra exhibits after that list is locked are a change of scope.
Not included: filing at court, notarisation, or translation of the whole underlying ledger. Captions can be issued in English, with Georgian captions on request. Quote from 2,100 GEL. Start with a brief that names counsel and the hearing or meeting date you are working toward, even if that date is still movable.
