Some finance desks already know which extract to pull. They want the same read, on a calendar, so a new beneficiary or a new night-hour cluster is noticed before the next board pack. The periodic review is that calendar. It is not a watch centre and it is not a substitute for your own reconciliations.
Each cycle we compare the new extract with the previous letter’s open questions. The letter is short on purpose. If a cycle turns into a full suspected-fraud case, we stop the cycle letter and quote for fraud detection reporting.
Retainers run for six cycles unless you cancel with ten working days’ notice before the next pull. From 950 GEL per cycle for a single extract under 15,000 lines. Larger merchant files are quoted. The first cycle includes a one-hour setup to lock column meanings so later cycles do not quietly drift.
