Policy

Terms of use

These terms govern use of packetvectorpoint.digital and the commissioning of fraud detection reporting from Packetvectorpoint in Kutaisi, Georgia.

Acceptance

By browsing this website or sending a case brief, you agree to these terms. If you are instructing us on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. We may refuse a brief where we cannot confirm you are entitled to share the records described.

A fee note, once accepted (by written confirmation or by payment of the deposit), forms the contract for that engagement. These website terms fill gaps; the fee note wins if the two conflict on scope, price, or dates.

The service

Packetvectorpoint prepares written fraud detection reports, pattern reviews, claims briefings, evidence packs, and periodic review letters as described on this site. We do not sell software access, payment processing, or legal representation. Findings letters state what records support; they are not court judgments, audit opinions, or instructions to dismiss staff.

You remain responsible for decisions taken after a report, including claims handling, employment steps, and filings.

Intellectual property

The website’s text, layout, and graphics belong to Packetvectorpoint or to their licensors. You may quote short passages with a link for a genuine enquiry. You may not copy the site to present as your own reporting practice.

For commissioned work: you receive a licence to use the issued letter, exhibits, and pack for your internal decision-making and for sharing with your counsel, insurers, and competent authorities. We retain copyright in our methods notes, templates, and unused drafts. We may keep anonymised working papers. We will not republish your identifiable facts.

Client materials

You warrant that you may lawfully provide the records you send. You must not upload card PAN data, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents through the public form. Once a fee note exists we will name an accepted transfer method for extracts.

Liability

We prepare reports with professional care based on the pack you supply. We are not liable for losses that follow from incomplete, late, or unlawful records, or from decisions you take after reading a letter. Our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where Georgian law forbids a limit (including liability for wilful misconduct).

Nothing on the website is advice for a specific file until a fee note is in place.

Website use

Do not misuse the site (scraping that impairs the host, injecting content, or bypassing security). Content is offered as general information about our reporting practice in Kutaisi. It may change without notice.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from the website or from a reporting engagement are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts of Georgia have jurisdiction, with a preference for the courts competent for Kutaisi where the rules of procedure allow.
